We worked with some great local designers, hair stylists from Phia Salon, and make-up artists from Mukha, and all together put on a great show! re*dress had a sneak peek of the outfits presented during the New Albany Women's Network fashion show and luncheon a few weeks ago, and we loved what we saw! The lucky women who attended the event received our Top 5 Spring Essentials pamphlet (which was also full of re*dress tips for your own closet!), and were able to hear some of our pointers on making the most of the outfits in the show. Unfortunately we weren't able to attend the event in person, we hear it was great!

After losing a lot of weight and having nothing that fit anymore, a friend suggested I try re*dress in celebration of the weight loss. I have always been one of those "buy at the last minute” shoppers because I get overwhelmed at the stores. So many choices and I have no idea how to put them all together, especially when it comes to accessorizing. I had a whole closet of last minute purchases that I never wore again. Or, my closet was full of black and khaki. Boring!!!!!!

Well, after meeting with Cara and Angela for the closet cleanout (Yes, it felt like "What Not To Wear") and sitting with them for the clothes interview, they went shopping for me. And, I have to say they hit the nail on the head when it came to their choices for me. I now go to my closet and have lots of great choices, that all mix and match. The irony is I easily have only half the amount of clothes that used to be in my closet, yet so many more options. Everything just mixes and matches so much better, especially when you have the right accessories. And, you won’t believe how many compliments I have gotten on my outfits since being “re*dressed”. The highlight was the Christmas dinner with my high school friends, when most of them wore their Christmas sweaters and I was in an awesome outfit, suggested by Cara and Angela. I easily felt 20 years younger than them. I just feel like I’m finally proud of me again!!
